ACCOMMODATION IS FREE!
Accommodation is free for all participants in a double room per person during the three nights of November 16, 17 and 18, 2023. The Free Accommodation option is valid for participants who pay the conference fee until October 15, 2023. Since the conference hotel will be fully booked on November 16, 2023, people who pay between 15 - 20 October will be offered free accommodation for only 2 nights (17 and 18 November 2023). People who make payments after October 20 (including onsite payment) can participate as online/virtual or external participants.
The full accommodation at the hotel is provided for the conference days.
The participants will stay in a double room.
Please let us know if you want to share your room with a friend or colleague who registers for the conference as a participant or listener.
Participants who prefer a double room should inform the name of the person they will be staying with. If there is no person to stay with, they should change their preferences to single room.Participants who prefer a single room can stay at the hotel by paying the single room difference.

- First child from 0 to 6 years of age – FREE
